Past Scholarship Recipient

Sophie Cellerino – Endicott College

The Dorothy MacDonald Scholarship will be awarded to Sophie Cellerino from West Simsbury, CT. Sophie will be attending Endicott College in Beverly, Mass, where she hopes to fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse and working in a pediatric ICU.

Jason Robinson – Clemson University

The Jane McDaid Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to Jason Robinson from Scituate, MA. Jason will be attending Clemson University in South Carolina in the Fall with plans of becoming an automotive mechanical engineer.

Breann Hill – St John’s University

The Jane McDaid Scholarship was awarded to Breann Hill from Centerville, MA. She graduated from Barnstable High School and hopes to go into law enforcement with the ultimate goal of joining the FBI. Breann will be attending St John’s University in New York

Carolyn Bradley – Providence College

The Barbara Seltzer Scholarship was awarded to Carolyn Bradley from East Sandwich, MA. She graduated from Sandwich high School and hopes to excel in the theatre world. She will be attending Providence College in Providence, RI.

Samantha Berman – University of Bristol

The John Mulliken Scholarship for 2019 was awarded to Samantha Berman from Lexington, MA. She is currently enrolled in the University of Bristol as a Fullbright scholar pursuing her Master's in Public Health.

Sydney Cerveny – American University in Washington, D.C.

The Dorothy MacDonald Scholarship was awarded to Sydney Cerveny from Winchester, MA. She graduated from Austin Preparatory High School and aims to complete her doctoral studies in neuroscience and participate in research. Sydney will be attending American University in Washington, D.C. where she will major in Neuroscience.  In ten years, Sydney hopes to be completing her doctoral studies in neuroscience and participating in research.

Elizabeth Hodgkins – The Catholic University of America

The Dorothy MacDonald Scholarship was awarded to Elizabeth Hodgkins from Cumberland, Maine. She graduated from Cheverus High School. Elizabeth will be attending The Catholic University of America in Washington DC where she will major in nursing. She hopes to work in pediatrics as a sub-specialty ultimately becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
