2027 CCA Retreat & Educational Symposium

We are excited to announce that FFC will again sponsor families to attend CCA’s Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium.
CCA’s Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium is held each June to provide individuals affected by a facial difference, their siblings, and parents an opportunity to interact with others who have endured similar experiences. The unique format of the retreat allows families to share ideas, problems and solutions, and make life-long friendships. The weekend kicks off on Thursday with an Educational Symposium and the rest of the weekend allows time and activities to build new relationships and bonds of understanding and caring, which will lend support through both difficult and good times in the future.
When: June 25 – 27, 2027
Where: Renaissance Addison Hotel, Addison (Dallas), Texas

How to Apply:
Please complete and email the 2027 CCA Sponsorship Application and photo release form to communications@facesofchildren.org by December 1, 2026 to be considered for sponsorship by FFC to attend the 2027 CCA Retreat. Please Note: Applicants must be a member of one of the six New England states to be eligible for FFC sponsorship.
How Sponsorship works:
- The Retreat is organized and run by Children’s Craniofacial Association. Family’s who apply and are selected for FFC sponsorship will still need to complete the CCA registration process in order to attend.
- If chosen for sponsorship, FFC will award your family with a CCA Family Scholarship ($3,000) paid directly to CCA to cover registration fees, hotel charges, and other travel expenses. CCA will deduct the aforementioned charges and any remaining balance will be disbursed to your family to go towards other related travel expenses. Each family is responsible for booking their own airfare/travel arrangements and CCA will book your hotel accommodations. Please keep in mind prices fluctuate so families need to plan accordingly.
- For families who are selected: By accepting FFC sponsorship, you also agree to share pictures with us and write a story about your experience for use in our newsletter, website and other promotional needs.
