We thank each and every student who sent in an application as you are all promising in your own way. We are proud of all of you! FFC Cares Grant Makes Second Disbursement!
The FFC Cares Grant is intended to help offset a small amount of the cost burden for families who are receiving medical care. Whether it be assistance with gas for long distance travel, a meal voucher, parking assistance, or a contribution to local hotel stay while receiving care, the FFC recognizes all of the lengths our families will go to receive care for their child. These costs add up, and we want to help.

FFC Sponsors Seminar on Speech and Language
On May 14, several parents along with a number of speech therapists and clinicians were fortunate to hear a lecture on speech disorders related to cleft palate. The event was sponsored by FFC and took place at Boston Children’s Hospital.
FFC Supports the MacLaine Appliance
Dr. James MacLaine had the idea for a new device to improve on existing appliances for pre-surgical orthopedics. In 2017, the FFC gave Dr. MacLaine a grant to further develop the device. After many design evolutions, he has found the right combination of function, size and robustness.
